You Never Know What You Might Catch

Today we started fishing 2 hours before low tide (9:30 a.m.) and fished until around 12:30 p.m.  We couldn't fish in our high tide spot as it was too weedy and rocky so I walked down the beach about 1/2 mile and was able to catch two reds.  We then went back about an hour before high tide (5:00 p.m.) and I caught a Red on my 3rd cast before Rosie even made it down to fish.  I "touched" one other fish, but action was slow.  Rosalie was able to land a Flounder and touched a Red.

It was a beautiful day with temps inland in the high 50's and probably low 50's near the Bay.  This fishing is tough work and we are both beat and should sleep good tonight.
